Do you offer one-time assessments, or only full program builds?
Both. We offer discrete engagements (gap analysis, risk assessment, policy development, audit preparation) as well as comprehensive program builds. During your complimentary assessment, we'll help determine the right scope based on your current posture, timeline, and objectives.
How do you differ from the large consulting firms?
The short answer: the person who sells the engagement is the person who does the work. Large firms staff engagements with junior associates supervised by the senior professional you met during the sales process. How long does a typical engagement take?
A full compliance program build — from discovery through audit readiness — typically spans 12 to 20 weeks depending on scope, organizational complexity, and certification timeline. Discrete engagements like gap analysis or policy development can be completed in 4 to 8 weeks.
